Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the October 10, 2013 Meeting
Present: William P. Goreham, Raymond Vaillancourt, Thaddeus Buczko and Sumner Jones
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor’s Office, City Hall.
The Council on Aging submitted two requests for assistance for medication expense.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to pay $274.59 from the Endicott Fund. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 12, 2013 meeting. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously.
Sarah Stanton, Finance Director and Nina Bridgman Asst. Finance Director attended the meeting. The team was brought up to date on the actions between the Board and the Cemetery Commission. Discussion on specific trusts and expenditures of funds were reviewed. The last allocation for the Perpetual Care Fund was 8/17/12 for $13,761.83.
A check for Fiscal Year 2013 interest earned on the trust will be sent out this month.
The total interest earned was $35,404.09.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:05 P.M.
